Innocent or Not (proven) Guilty?
The verdict is in. I tried my best not to get wrapped up in this national debacle, but it was unavoidable. Not guilty. Not "innocent", just "not guilty". Well, technically, not proven guilty. The commentary following the trial is that the prosecution did not prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. My guess is that in our country every day there are similar verdicts, and they don't get much attention. But this one was a little too much in the news to be in question.
Something good will come of this situation.
Really. It will.
