The End of the World As We Know It

I really wanted to get this blog post done before the rapture, so forgive any typo's or misspellings. It turns out that today at 6:00 pm (Eastern time, I assume, though I am not sure why God would care about things like our puny time zones) the beginning of the end will happen. At least that is what one person thinks, based on signs and calculations he has done.

To be honest, I am more than a little skeptical, especially since this person, who shall remain nameless in my blog, already predicted the same thing was going to happen in 1994. Which is why I choose to use my time to create a blog entry rather than to be reckless on this presumed last day.
Still, it is a good opportunity to talk about things that might happen in the future so we can be ready for them. As a coach, I say seize the day every day. Plans are great, and future thinking is great, and we have to live in the present and be fully alive each day. So my advice is to assume that every day may be your last, and do your best to make them memorable.

See you tomorrow!
